Professional schools will train cadres of graduates of the 9th grade on the basis of two-year integrated programs of general education and specialty subjects. This is a primary vocational education based on educational programs that correspond to the third level of the International Classification. The form of training will be full-time, students will be provided with a scholarship in the amount of a single basic calculation value (202730 soums) and three meals a day.

The colleges will be designed for people who have a general secondary education and have completed educational programs that meet at least the third level of the International Classification. The form of training can be full-time, evening and part-time for up to two years, the training will take place on the basis of a state order and a paid contract.
