Professional history
- He was born in 1974 in Shahrikhan district of Andijan region.
- In 2007 he graduated from the Uzbek State Institute of Arts.
- From 2002 to 2008 worked as a soloist in the "Uzbeknavo" variety arts association. He is one of the famous students of the late singer Muhriddin Khalikov.
- Since 2006, he has been actively involved in state events throughout the country: celebration the holdiay of Constitution Day of Uzbekistan, the national holiday of Navruz and the Independence Day. He has given solo concerts in all regions of Uzbekistan. He also organized tours to foreign countries.
- From 2008 to 2017 - Singer of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- July-August 2017 - Director of the "Yoshlar" TV channel.
- On August 10, 2017, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Culture of Uzbekistan. He also worked as the chief producer of Yoshlar TV channel.
- 2018-2020 - First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- From January 22, 2020 - Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
