Today we visited the Uzbek State Institute of Arts and Culture and got acquainted with the process of creative entrance exams, where the most talented people are selected. We reviewed the preparation for the 2021-2022 academic year, the conditions created for entrants to take creative exams at this educational institution, which is one of the leading educational institutions in the country in the training of advanced specialists in the field. We also closely followed the creative entrance exams. In the process, we became convinced that today the eyes of young people, who are showing all their talents and skills, are burning in front of the leading specialists of the industry. They are not just determined to study in this field with a firm commitment and a clear purpose. It should be noted that the selection of real talents in the field of art and culture, which requires special talent, and the discovery of knowledge, talents and labor of young people from the most remote regions of the country are important in the development of the industry. Therefore, ensuring objectivity and transparency in the examination process, a fair assessment of each creative performance is the most important task before us at the moment.
